MANDATE
The Cooperatives and Social Enterprise Authority with all the branches, sub-divisions, instrumentalities and agencies of the Bangsamoro Government shall ensure the provision of technical guidance, financial assistance and other services to enable the cooperatives and social enterprises to develop into viable and responsive economic enterprises and be platforms the poverty reduction.
