By grouping people based on their needs and resources, it ensures that everyone has access to essential services and opportunities, regardless of their background or socioeconomic status. This approach is designed to address issues of inequality and social injustice by promoting fairness and equity. By recognizing and addressing the unique challenges faced by different groups, the cluster mechanism helps to reduce disparities and improve over- all well-being. This activity is spearheaded by the Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation and Unity (OPAPRU) and the whole Bangsamoro Government as our sincere pledge in bringing services closer to the MILF Decommissioned Combatants (DCs) and their communities.
