The flagship program,also known as the youth reintegration program(YRP) of the BYC aims to promote reintegration of young combatants from 6 major MILF and MNLF camps and Island based camps region wide through peace building, civic engagement, and provision of socio economic opportunities thru formation and development of cooperatives.
